Should I worry? I'm already eating a very healthy diet. I eat very little meat. About once a month red meat, chicken/fish 6-8 times a week. Zero fast foods. Very little fried food, about 2-3 times a month. I don't smoke and very little alcohol intake, about 1-3 drinks every other week, mostly red wine and whiskey. Exercise 3-4 times a week for at least 30mins, sometimes 3-4 hours playing soccer. Although exercise as a routine started about 2 months ago. Prior to that I was very erratic but 6 months ago Lipids were all normal. Doctor ordered medication for triglycerides and I would prefer not to take them.
